PRINTS AND FRAMED WORKS
Our fine art prints, framed prints, and canvas prints are made to order through our professional print and fulfillment partner. Each piece is produced individually once your order is placed.
Production typically takes 3 to 5 business days, followed by shipping. Most orders are delivered within approximately 1 to 2 weeks from the order date, though timing may vary depending on your location, product size, and carrier availability. Complimentary standard shipping is included on all made-to-order prints and canvas prints, within Canada and internationally.
Because our works are produced through partner facilities, orders may be fulfilled from different locations depending on the delivery destination. International shipments may be subject to applicable customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
If you order multiple pieces, they may be produced and shipped separately and could arrive at different times.
ORIGINAL ARTWORK AND VINTAGE FINDS
Original artwork and vintage finds are currently available for shipping within Canada. Shipping costs vary based on size, weight, destination and handling requirements.
Shipping costs for smaller works are calculated at checkout. For larger, framed, or fragile pieces, shipping may be quoted separately. If a custom shipping quote is required, a member of our team will contact you within 1 to 2 business days of your order to coordinate delivery and provide a quote. Shipping payment will be collected separately once the quote is approved.
Local pickup in Vancouver may be available for select items. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to arrange pickup.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Because our prints and framed works are made to order, they are final sale except in cases of damage or manufacturing defect. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or resolution.
Original artwork and vintage finds are final sale.
